Maintenance Plans:
- 1st Plan (Standard) includes: One (1) Tune up visit per system (Air handler or Furnace and outdoor unit), per year (Spring or Fall) $139.00. For each additional system $109.00. Does not include parts or labor.
- 2nd Plan (Premium) includes: Two (2) tune up visits per system (Air handler or Furnace and outdoor unit), per year for 209.00. The second system $169.00. For each additional system $89. Does not include parts or labor.
Mini-Split Units:
- 1st Plan includes: One (1) Tune-up visits per unit, per year. (Spring or Fall) $139.00. For additional head units the cost is $65 per unit
- 2nd Plan includes: Two (2) Tune-up visits per unit, per year. One in Spring and one in the Fall $209.00. For additional head units the cost is $75 per unit.
Standard Inspection Points:
- Clean equipment exterior
- Flush and vacuum condensate drain system
- Change or Wash Customer supplied filter
- Brush out outdoor unit electrical cabinet
- Check system for proper refrigerant charge
- Check Compressor, Fan and Blower Amperages
- Check capacitors
- Check contactor points
- Check all service valves and caps
- Check thermostat mounting and operation
- Check heat strip amperages
- Check evaporator coil for build up
- Light indoor evaporator coil cleaning (IF NEEDED)
- Check all electrical connections
- Check temperature splits
- Check Float Switch operation
- Check overall system operation
- Visually inspect blower wheel for build up
Premium Inspection Points:
- Clean Equipment Exterior and interior cabinet
- Flush and vacuum condensate drain system
- Change or wash customer supplied filter
- Brush out outdoor unit electrical cabinet
- Check system for proper refrigerant charge
- Check Compressor, Fan and Blower Amperages
- Check capacitors
- Check contactor points
- Check all service valves and caps
- Check thermostat mounting and operation
- Check heat strip amperages
- Check evaporator coil for build up
- Light indoor evaporator coil cleaning (IF NEEDED)
- Check all electrical connections
- Check temperature splits
- Check Float Switch operation
- Check overall system operation
- Visually inspect blower wheel for build up
- Preferred Scheduling (DURING NORMAL OPERATING HOURS)
- Clean supply plenum and check for air leak
- Check and clean condenser coil
- Check Outdoor fan blade and hub
- Dust return air grills
